Get 24/7 access to New Altitude’s coworking space. Use a flex desk (you pick an open workspace for the day) or pick a dedicated desk (where you have a permanent desk and can leave your work tools in place every day). With both desk options, you get access to our meeting room space at member pricing.
Offices
FROM $525/MO.
If working in an open space isn’t for you or if you need more privacy for calls and meetings, choose a private office at New Altitude. You can leave your work gear in your office and pull the door closed behind you when you leave. Private offices provide you access to our meeting rooms at member pricing.
Virtual Office
FROM $150/MO.
If you need a place to receive mail and packages, have access to meeting rooms, and just drop in occasionally, this is the option for you. Get 8 days per month of access to New Altitude’s coworking space, use New Altitude as your business address, and get member pricing for use of our meeting rooms.

BUT WE ARE SO MUCH MORE THAN JUST A WORKSPACE!
The space was conceived in partnership with TRE (The Resource Exchange) as a community resource to benefit Colorado Springs and the many business leaders, entrepreneurs, visionaries and trailblazers who are powering our community into the future.

From North of Exit 149
Head South on I-25. Take exit 149 onto Woodman Rd; keep right to merge onto Woodman Rd. In 0.07 miles, take a left turn at the first cross street onto Corporate Dr. Travel 0.75 miles to 6385 Corporate Dr (directly across from Furniture Row).
From South of Exit 148
Head North on I-25. Take exit 148 Corporate Drive/Rockrimmon Blvd/Nevada and follow the exit for 0.85 miles to Corporate Dr/Nevada Ave. Turn left onto Corporate Dr. Travel 0.6 miles to 6385 Corporate Dr (directly across from Furniture Row).
